Through years of renovations, we have refined our renovation checklists. We have checklists that describe the proper order for the renovation as well as checklist for fixtures along with estimated prices.

What services do you offer?

We offer planning, cost estimates, and onsite management.

Who manages the contractors?

Our team manages all contractors and subcontractors. We will deal directly with vendors (if you wish). You can be complete hands off or part of the process.
